Friday October 13, 2017: Quiet Day

Meditations offered by Adwoa Lewis-Wilson an Episcopal laywoman active in Boston Massachusetts. An Oblate of the Order of Julian of Norwich, Ms. Lewis-Wilson is exploring in community how inner poverty can yield to God’s sacramental power.  Her desire is that the interior and sacramental life of the Body of Christ may grow more fully in the ordinary life of the laity.

12:00 p.m. - Meditation

3:00 p.m. – Meditation

5:00 p.m. - The Rosary will be prayed in the shrine.

6:00 p.m. – Solemn Evensong

Evensong will include the choirs of the parish of Grace Episcopal Church and of Nashotah House Theological Seminary, under the direction of The Rev. Fr. Alexander Pryor, Director of Music at the seminary.

Saturday October 14, 2017: Pilgrimage

10:30 a.m. - Solemn Pontifical Mass with procession of Our Lady’s statue,
and with festive music to include choir and brass.

Celebrant - The Rt. Rev.Matthew Gunter, Bishop of Fond du Lac.

Preacher - Fr. Jeffrey Queen.

Fr. Queen is Rector of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. For many years a pilgrim to the shrine in Sheboygan, Fr. Jeff has recently made three annual trips to the historic Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in the UK.  Married to Richelle Thompson, Managing Editor of Forward Movement Publications, they reside in the Cincinnati Metro area, with their two children.

12:00 p.m. - Lunch

2:00 p.m. - Anointing and Musical Offering followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
